• Reply goes to the customer. The Reply button fills in the customer's email address instead of yours. Inbox

• Call recordings get transcripts and summaries. Call recordings load reliably, so each call gets its transcript and summary. Inbox

• Crew shortage shows the right number. The crew shortage sign on job assignments shows how many movers are actually missing. Dispatch

• Notes and pickup addresses stay as you left them. Cleared office and operator notes stay cleared after a reload, and the pickup address stays when you change the truck. Sales
