7. Use of Google User Data and Google Workspace APIs

Our application does not use Google user data for the purpose of developing, improving, or training AI and/or machine learning (ML) models. Additionally, we explicitly affirm that Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI and/or ML models. All data accessed via Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features of the application, in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. YouTube API Services

MovePlnr can connect to a company's YouTube channel and upload videos to it. This feature uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's own use of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

When you connect a channel, you sign in with Google and give MovePlnr two permissions: to upload videos to the channel, and to see basic channel details so we can show you which channel your videos go to. MovePlnr cannot edit, delete or comment on your videos, and it does not read information about your viewers.

What we collect and store from YouTube and Google:

- Your channel's ID, name, handle and profile picture

- The sign-in tokens Google issues so MovePlnr can upload on your behalf

- For each video you send through MovePlnr, its YouTube ID, its visibility (public, unlisted, private or scheduled) and its processing status

We also keep what you enter in MovePlnr for each video, such as the title, description and keywords, and we hold the video file itself until YouTube has received it.

How we use it: only to upload the videos you choose, show you their status and keep your connection working. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. We do not use it to train AI or machine learning models. We share it only with the service providers that host MovePlnr for us, such as our cloud storage provider, and with Google when we send your video to YouTube.

How long we keep it: we delete the video file from our storage as soon as YouTube has it, or within 30 days if the upload does not go through. We refresh the channel and video details we get from YouTube at least every 30 days, and we delete any details we can no longer refresh.

How to stop it: you can disconnect YouTube at any time in MovePlnr under Company Settings, Integrations, YouTube. We then delete your tokens and the information we received from YouTube right away. You can also remove MovePlnr's access in your Google account at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. If you do, we delete the information we received from YouTube within 30 days. Either way, videos already on YouTube stay on your channel, and you manage them in YouTube Studio.

Videos on our website: some pages on this site play videos from our own YouTube channel. The YouTube player loads only when you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once it loads, YouTube may store cookies or similar data in your browser, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

11. SMS Messaging & Privacy Disclosure

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us related to service scheduling, order updates, customer support, and account notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS consent or mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
