By accessing or using the services provided by MovePlnr ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
The Company provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for moving companies, including the MovePlnr CRM platform; website design, development, and maintenance services; and other business-growth services such as SEO, content marketing, and reputation management.
The specific features and services offered may change from time to time. Material changes that affect paid plans will be communicated in advance.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when signing up, scheduling services, or communicating with the Company.
You are responsible for the actions of the users you invite to your MovePlnr account and for safeguarding your login credentials.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
MovePlnr offers tiered subscription plans (currently Starter, Essentials, Pro, and Growth) and optional add-on services. Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable except as described in Section 5.
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can change your subscription plan, add or remove add-ons, or cancel at any time from within the application. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Move quotas reset at the start of each calendar month. Quotas do not roll over. One-time move top-ups expire at the end of the calendar month in which they are purchased.
The Company reserves the right to change its fees. Any pricing change for an existing customer will be communicated at least 30 days before it takes effect, and will not apply to a billing period that has already been paid for.
All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize the Company and Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, from within the application. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with MovePlnr, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge by contacting us at hello@moveplnr.com. The refund window applies once, to your initial paid month of service. We will refund the amount paid for that initial month.
Maximum refund. The total refund issued under this policy will never exceed the equivalent of one (1) month of subscription fees, regardless of how long you have remained subscribed, how long ago you signed up, or how much (or how little) you have used the service. This applies whether you are on a monthly or annual plan; annual subscribers receive at most a one-month prorated refund.
No refunds for non-use. After the 30-day window has passed, fees paid for any period — including periods during which you did not log in or did not actively use the service — are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that ongoing access, hosting, support, and reserved capacity are provided whether or not you choose to use them, and that fees compensate the Company for that availability.
No refunds for one-time charges. Move top-ups, setup fees, professional services, and other one-time charges are non-refundable once purchased.
Add-on services. Marketing add-ons (Basic Website, Locally Optimized Website, Blog content) are subject to the same 30-day money-back window from the date of first paid charge for that add-on. Custom work, deliverables already produced, and third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosted content) are non-refundable.
Termination by the Company. If the Company terminates your account for breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued. If the Company terminates your account for any other reason, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion of the current paid billing period.
You retain ownership of the data you input into MovePlnr (customer records, moves, communications, etc.). The Company is granted a license to host, process, and back up that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Upon cancellation or termination, your account becomes read-only at the end of the paid billing period. You may export your data via the application's export tools during that period. The Company may delete your account data 90 days after termination unless required by law to retain it longer.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
The Company's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. The Privacy Policy is available on our website.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
By providing your mobile number to MovePlnr, you consent to receive SMS communications related to scheduling, account updates, service reminders, and customer support.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance.
Your SMS opt-in data and phone number will never be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
