So that we can locate and verify your records, please include the following in your request:

- The full name associated with your account

- The email address associated with your account

- A brief statement that you are requesting deletion of your data (for example, "I would like my personal data deleted")

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. This helps ensure that no one can request the deletion of your data without your authorization. We may ask you to confirm additional details that match the information on your account.

4. What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you from our active systems within a reasonable period. Please note that some information may be retained where we are required or permitted to do so by law, for example to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active MovePlnr account, deleting your data will also result in the closure of your account and the loss of access to the service.

5. Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and to complete verified requests within 30 days. If we need more time, we will let you know.
