Yard attendants get their own workflow with inventory tracked per truck, restocking, checklists, truck history and expense history. Supplies sold from a truck are credited to that truck, and each role sees the Yard screens it needs.
Test review requests stay out of customer threads. A test send of a review campaign opens its own email thread and shows a banner in the Inbox, so it never mixes with real customer messages. Marketing
Record a partner's industry. Partner profiles have an Industry field, such as Realtor or Home Staging, shown on the partner page and in the partner list. Sales
Email threads only count as Needs Reply when they relate to a customer, move or outbound conversation. Clearing one conversation clears the customer's related flags everywhere, and pinned items stay pinned.
Filter Sales Coaching reps by status. The Sales Coaching Team page filters reps by Active, Inactive or All, and opens on Active. Sales
Cleaner location lists and follow-up status. The preferred location picker on customers hides inactive locations unless one is already saved. Opportunities no longer stay Urgent after an on-site estimate once follow-up has moved on. Sales
Primary location listed first in payroll views. For movers who serve several locations, payroll views list their primary location first. Pay calculations do not change. Finance
