Define the stages a job moves through and attach steps to each one, such as a photo upload, a customer call or a waiver for the customer to sign. Crews complete each step from the move chat as the job advances, and signed waivers are saved as PDFs.
A new setting decides what happens when a customer accepts an estimate that has no contract: book the move right away, or keep it as an opportunity for your team to follow up.
Refund credits appear as their own line on the job close invoice and count toward the balance due. Refunds stay in place when you close the job, and card payments at close always produce the invoice PDF.
Customer payments use your company's currency. Card payments from your customers are charged in your company's currency, whatever currency your MovePlnr plan is billed in. Finance
