Multiple pickup locations on one job
Add more than one pickup location to a job, the same way you add several drop-offs, so jobs with several pickups are planned and tracked in one place.
Jobs can have more than one pickup location. Dispatch can confirm crews by text and publish crew changes on a timer, and new API leads get automatic follow-up.
v2.269.0
Add more than one pickup location to a job, the same way you add several drop-offs, so jobs with several pickups are planned and tracked in one place.
With the Publishing Window add-on, crew changes are held and published automatically after a short timer, so crew members get one text with the final change. You can also publish right away for all locations, one location or a single job.
Leads that arrive through the API can get an automatic follow-up email and text from a template you set, so new leads hear from you right away.
With the Operator SMS Confirmation add-on, assigned crew members get a text asking them to confirm the job and reply yes or no. Set how long they have to answer and which employment types it covers, and dispatch is warned about declines and no-replies.
Give a crew member a primary location while keeping them available at your other locations. Dispatch sees warnings when choosing crew for a job.

App updates load on phones. The app reloads into the newest version on phones after a release instead of showing an older screen. Everywhere
Location settings respect add-ons on phones. Contract and estimate settings stay hidden on phones when those add-ons are off, matching desktop. Admin
