7 releases

  1. v3.1.0

Team chat and waivers signed before the contract

Message your team in direct and group chats, and have customers sign a job's waivers before its contract in one flow. Claim emails now land in Claims, and the Billing page takes cards on any plan.

    NewSales

Customers sign waivers before the contract

A contract template can list the waivers a customer signs first. The contract link walks the customer through each waiver, then the contract, so one email or text covers everything.

    • ImprovedSales

Waivers collect details from the customer

A waiver can include boxes the customer fills in when signing, such as their full name. The office no longer has to type those details in before sending.

    • ImprovedSales

Set waiver options right in Agreements

Choose a waiver's checkmark options on its Agreements row and send it from there, without opening move chat. Sales users can send these waivers too, and a page you can't open shows a clear message.

    • NewClaims

      Claim emails arrive in Claims

Emails sent to your claims address show up in a Claims inbox below the claims list and link to their claim, with unread counts on each claim. Dispatchers and admins are notified of new claims and replies, and answers go out from the claims address.

    • ImprovedCompany settings

Add cards on the Billing page on any plan

Add a credit card on the Billing page without changing your plan, keep more than one card on file, and choose a backup card.

    • NewDispatch

Group small local jobs into one ride

Collect small local jobs in a waiting pool, then book several onto one truck on a quiet day, back to back or as a mixed route. Each job keeps its own customer, price and invoice.

    • NewInbox

Messenger and Instagram messages in the Inbox

Messenger and Instagram direct messages arrive in the Inbox as their own channels. Reply from the thread, and see when a conversation is outside the reply window.

    • NewMarketing

      Social posts from finished moves

Draft Facebook and Instagram posts from closed moves with AI help, review them in a queue, schedule them, and track engagement over time.

    • NewMarketing

Publish to Instagram and reply to Instagram messages

Publish posts to Instagram and handle Instagram direct messages in the Inbox. Message threads show their channel, and attachments open reliably.

    • NewInbox

      Messenger messages become leads

A new Messenger conversation can create a customer and opportunity on its own, linked to the Inbox thread. Facebook posts are no longer marked failed when they published.

    5 smaller changes
    • The AI Agent console is easier to read. The AI Agent console has clearer labels for phone numbers, test callers, capabilities and runs. Sales

    • AI agent settings reach every existing agent. When your AI settings change, your existing AI agents update to match. Sales

    • Two column website forms fit narrow screens. Lead and quote forms in a two column layout stay inside the page on phones, even with a long label or an address field. Marketing

    • QuickBooks skips moves with nothing to bill. A move with no billable lines shows as Skipped in the QuickBooks sync log instead of failing. An invoice QuickBooks refuses is no longer resent every night, and Re-push tries it again once you fix it. Finance

    • Security improvements. MovePlnr pages always open over a secure connection, even from an older link or bookmark. Everywhere

  2. v3.0.0

Smoother screen recording for problem reports

Recording your screen for a problem report or suggestion no longer slows the page down.

    1 smaller change
    • Screen recording keeps the page responsive. Recording your screen for a problem report or suggestion no longer freezes the page, and the recording comes out the same. Getting started

  3. v2.370.0

Extra pickup stops and company knowledge for Compass

Add extra pickup locations to an opportunity, and teach Compass your company's knowledge with admin review. Photos and videos customers text in formats browsers can't play are converted for viewing.

    • NewSales

Add more than one pickup to an opportunity

Additional Stops on an opportunity now takes extra pickup locations as well as drop-offs, placed in the right spot on the route and labeled as pickups.

    • NewGetting started

      Teach Compass your company's knowledge

Build a shared knowledge base that Compass and the Claude connector use to answer your team. Staff can suggest items, admins approve them, and each item has a review date so answers stay current.

    • NewInbox

Play every photo and video customers text you

Videos, voice clips and photos in formats browsers can't show, such as 3GP, MOV, AMR and HEIC, are converted so they open in the Inbox, with preview tiles and downloads.

    5 smaller changes
    • See each mover's branch on report cards. Operator report cards show the locations each mover works from, primary first, and the Locations CSV includes them. Reports

    • Timer hours show on the close screen. With the Move Timer add-on on, timer hours appear on the close screen and round the way you expect. Dispatch

    • Dispatch views and reports load faster. Dispatch and operator views skip duplicate refreshes, unread counts stay in step across tabs, and several reports and payroll screens load faster. Everywhere

    • Compass and support threads report accurately. Compass no longer says it saved a preference when memory is off, and support threads stop posting status updates once a fix has shipped. Getting started

    • Security improvements. We tightened security across the app. Everywhere

  4. v2.369.0

Compass remembers you and helps with crew chats

Compass can remember your preferences, answer schedule questions, and read and reply to crew chats for you. Photos and videos customers send by text now show in the Inbox.

    • NewGetting started

Compass remembers your preferences and knows your schedule

Tell Compass how you like to work and it remembers. It follows guidance for your role and answers questions about your schedule and who is available.

    • NewGetting started

Compass reads and answers crew chats

Ask Compass which move and claim chats need attention, and have it draft or send a reply for you after you confirm. Status posts and photos from the crew no longer count as waiting.

    • NewInbox

Customer photos and videos show in the Inbox

Photos and videos customers send by text are saved and shown in the Inbox thread and the customer timeline.

    • ImprovedGetting started

The setup chat is easier to follow

While setup is unfinished, the setup chat stays pinned and highlighted. Each step ends with one clear next action, starting with your first location, and saved changes update the checklist right away.

    • NewMarketing

Bring Meta lead ads into MovePlnr

Connect your Meta account and leads from your Facebook and Instagram lead forms land in MovePlnr as new leads.

    11 smaller changes
    • New branches start with an estimate template. New branches come with a ready-to-use estimate template and email bodies, and Compass walks you through your first estimate. Getting started

    • Add the same additional service more than once. Add one additional service several times on a move, each line at its own price, to match your estimate or invoice. Sales

    • Show the move number on contract PDFs. Move Number is now a field you can place on contract and waiver PDFs, so signed documents tie back to the right move. Sales

    • Search and open any Operator Report Card. Search the Operator Report Cards leaderboard by name without losing the ranking, and open cards from the Insufficient data list. Reports

    • New partners show industry and commission in Daily Reports. The New Partners view in Daily Reports shows each partner's industry, customer discount and commission, and fits better on phones. Reports

    • The Overdue tab remembers your month. The Overdue tab on the Payments page keeps the month you last chose in this browser. Finance

    • Compass replies show tables and give accurate guidance. Tables, checklists and links in Compass replies display properly. Compass no longer promises reply times, and refund questions point admins to the Refund button. Getting started

    • Signup and billing happen on the web, not in the phone app. The phone app no longer shows signup or billing, and Compass explains that those are done in a web browser. Everywhere

    • The Billing page opens without a card on file. The Billing page loads for companies that have no card on file yet. Company settings

    • Remote delivery shows the right 30-minute rate. The remote delivery price for 30 minutes matches the expected rate on the delivery cards and the itemized view. Sales

    • Security improvements. We tightened security across the app. Everywhere

  5. v2.368.0

    Connect Claude to MovePlnr

Connect Claude to your MovePlnr account to look up and act on your work from Claude, with a confirmation before anything sensitive. Problem reports and suggestions can now include screenshots and screen recordings.

    NewCompany settings

    Connect Claude to MovePlnr

Add the MovePlnr connector in Claude to ask about your moves, customers and payments in plain language and act on them from there. Admins choose which actions need extra approval, and sensitive actions ask you to confirm first. It is in early access: ask us to turn it on for your company.

Read the guide: Connect Claude to MovePlnr

    • NewGetting started

Add screenshots and screen recordings to problem reports

When you report a problem or send a suggestion, attach a screenshot you can mark up or a screen recording, so the team sees exactly what happened.

    3 smaller changes
    • The help panel opens on quick options. The help panel opens on cards for past conversations, reporting a problem, sending a suggestion and asking a question. You can also send a suggestion from your profile menu. Getting started

    • Retry a declined charge from the Billing page. Declined usage charges are retried automatically, and you can press Retry now. The Billing page also shows where each invoice came from. Company settings

    • The app stays responsive during heavy background work. The app no longer stalls when a lot of background work runs at once. Everywhere

  6. v2.367.0

Meet Compass, the in-app help assistant

Compass answers questions, guides setup and takes problem reports from the help panel, and new companies now sign up through a short chat. Outstanding and Overdue payments can be narrowed to one month.

    NewGetting started

Meet Compass, your in-app help assistant

Compass, in the help panel, answers questions about MovePlnr, walks new companies through setup, and takes problem reports and suggestions. You can follow each report in the same conversation.

    • NewGetting started

Sign up through a short chat

New companies sign up by answering a few questions in a chat, then confirm by email, choose a password and go straight into setup.

    • ImprovedFinance

Filter Outstanding and Overdue by month

On the Payments page, narrow Outstanding and Overdue to a single month, with totals, counts and tiles updated to match. Overdue shows every month by default and says so.

    6 smaller changes
    • Payroll totals keep reimbursements and travel pay. Saving, sharing or confirming payroll keeps expense reimbursement lines, and stored totals, QuickBooks, reports and paystubs include travel pay. Finance

    • Long-distance quoting stays current. Long-distance rates refresh instead of staying cached in the browser, and a quote error stays in its own section without blocking the Opportunity page. Sales

    • Signing page instructions are readable in dark mode. Instructions on contract and waiver signing pages follow the page's theme, so customers can read them in dark mode. Sales

    • GPS tracking continues past midnight. A move that starts before midnight and runs past it keeps recording the truck's location. Dispatch

    • Expired Google Ads conversions are labeled Expired. Conversions too old for Google Ads to accept show as Expired with a plain reason and no Retry button, so you can see what can still be fixed. Marketing

    • Security improvements. We tightened security across the app. Everywhere

  7. v2.366.0

Multiple agreements per job and one customer timeline

Send more than one agreement on a job from the new Agreements section. A customer's whole conversation history, across texts, calls, emails and social messages, now sits in one timeline.

    NewSales

Send more than one agreement per job

Add separate agreements to one job, such as packing, moving and storage. The new Agreements section on the Opportunity page and in Dispatch lets you send each one, track its status and open the signed copy.

    NewInbox

Every customer conversation in one timeline

Texts across all your lines, calls and emails now appear in one timeline on the customer page and the new opportunity view. Line badges and filters show which number each message used.

    • NewAdmin

Stat holidays per branch, with holiday pay

Each branch gets the official stat holidays for its province or state, plus your own overrides, which can repeat every year. Holidays show on the Dispatch board, and you can apply holiday pay based on closed-move hours or all hours.

    • NewAdmin

      Mark placeholder crew accounts

Flag stand-in or pool crew accounts as placeholders. They stay assignable with a Placeholder badge and are left out of scorecards and leaderboards.

    • NewDispatch

Block a day with a reason

Blocked days carry a reason and show clearly in date pickers across the app. If someone is turned away from a blocked day, the sale owner is notified so they can offer another date.

    • NewSales

Confirm contract-free estimate acceptances by email

Send a confirmation email when a customer accepts an estimate without a contract, with the accepted estimate PDF and the files sent with it.

    • ImprovedClaims

Starting a claim pauses review requests

Opening a claim on a move turns off its review requests and stops any already queued. Resume them from the claim page when the time is right.

    19 smaller changes
    • See when a customer opens an estimate email. The estimate timeline shows when the customer first opens the email, as a lighter signal next to an actual estimate view. Sales

    • Give a job a name. Add an optional name that shows beside the job number in customer history, the opportunity header and Dispatch. Rename it from the history menu or by clicking the tag. Sales

    • Closing a move at $0 asks for a reason. A $0 close now needs a reason, which then shows on the move and in commission records. Dispatch

    • Multi-day jobs tell you when the end date moves. Changing a multi-day job's start date tells you if the end date shifted to keep its length, and the full date range shows on the summary. Sales

    • Date discounts preview the customer's wording. Date discount settings show the exact text customers will see and warn when a label mentions a different percentage than the discount. Sales

    • Opportunities show Estimate Sent. After you send an estimate, the opportunity shows an Estimate Sent status, including when Sales Pipeline is off. Sales

    • Screens hide what your add-ons don't include. Follow-up tasks, the Yard and Marketing tabs, and Location Settings pages hide when the matching add-on is off, so nobody lands on a page they can't use. Admin

    • Purchase orders show when they were placed. Purchase orders get a placed date, which you can set on the create form, and it shows on quick view cards. Yard

    • Unsubscribe links ask the customer to confirm. Estimate reminders, signature reminders and review requests ask the customer to confirm before unsubscribing, so email scanners can't opt them out. Review email unsubscribe links work again. Sales

    • Links shared from the phone app work for customers. The self-serve estimate link and the review QR code in move chat now work when they're created from the phone app. Everywhere

    • Accepted estimates book onto the chosen truck. When a customer accepts a contract-free estimate, the move is booked onto the truck picked at booking instead of landing in Unassigned. Dispatch

    • Closed invoices keep one number. A move's full invoice keeps the same number after later close edits, so Payment History always finds it and deposit receipts stay intact. Finance

    • Long-distance closes post the right costs. Own-truck long-distance jobs no longer add a carrier expense at close, and re-quoting in a different mode updates the legs to match. Finance

    • Saved payrolls show their overtime lines. Confirmed and paid payrolls show each stored overtime line, not only the total. Finance

    • Branch and period filters stay where you set them. Picking a branch on report and list pages no longer resets to All Locations, and Operator Report Cards keep the branch and period through reloads. Reports

    • Restored moves leave the lost counts. Daily Reports no longer count restored moves as lost, and the Opportunities All filter shows live and lost items together. Reports

    • Calls show up in the Inbox sooner. Longer calls appear soon after they end instead of waiting for the nightly sync, and calls missed earlier are filled in. Inbox

    • Google Ads reconnects keep conversion tracking. Signing in to Google Ads again keeps your conversion actions, so uploads continue. The review campaign editor also shows where 5-star reviews go when routing is on. Marketing

    • Security improvements. We tightened security across the app. Everywhere
